The Nose:
Ripe pineapple and peaches dominate the nose, with butterscotch and vanilla as it opens up.

The Palate:
On the palate, there is custard, crème brûlée, and even butterscotch. The ripe fruit flavours overwhelm the midpalate. This is a full, bold white wine that will pair well with a wide variety of food styles. The wine will age well, and the good acidity will contribute to the great structure of the wine.

Our recommendation would be a pairing with paella, Thai curry, and most white meat dishes.
